DBHA is providing the following to the trainees:
- Year-long training, 5 days a week on artificial turf, under floodlights
- Use of audio-video followed by immediate field trials
- Stress simulation, both on and off the field
- Physical fitness with specified weight training
- Specific diet and nutrition for individuals
- Kit, education, stipend, career guidance and placement
Weekly Training Schedule
- 4 sessions of hockey skills at the KSHA Stadium
- 2 sessions of physical fitness at the Sri Kanteerva Stadium
- 2 sessions of weight training
- 1 session on Yoga
- 1 session on Mind Training (fortnightly)
- 1 session on Diet and Nutrition (monthly)
