Installation Costs

The raw material and the equipment required for site excavation, paving, sub-base, drainage and turf installation are as follows:

Installation Procedure

Installation takes 4-6 weeks once the equipment and material is in place. The installation procedure is as follows:

	Build a 2-3 foot supporting layer of asphalt
	Build the irrigation sprinkler system and vertical drainage system
	Sew the individual shock-absorbing foam rolls together
	Spray the adhesive sprayed on the asphalt
	Lay the sewn shock-absorbing foam roll onto the asphalt
	Spray adhesive on the shock-absorbing foam roll
	Lay a roll of turf fabric on the adhesive
	Lay a second roll of turf face down on top of the first
	Sew the outside edges together
	Spray adhesive on the adjacent area and flip this top roll over
	Repeat the above for each roll of turf till all the fabric is laid
	Fasten the edges and line stripe the markings

Note that this is the cost for installing an artificial turf field in USA.
